Trauma-Informed Yoga, Meditation & Being Human With Erin Gilmore

Today, we're thinking about trauma-informed yoga, meditation and other pep talks with Erin Gilmore. Erin is a San Francisco-based meditation, movement and breathwork teacher with a unique and modern style and specialty in trauma-informed yoga and non-violent communication. Her movement style is Pilates meets dance meets yoga and her hope is that everyone has fun moving together.

In today's episode, Erin and I talk about rewriting stories about yourself, her journey into her yoga practice and learning trauma-informed yoga, how dropping out of school impacted her life, teaching through anecdotes, how reflection helps us grow, the value of meditation and so much more.
