Today we're thinking about transitions, pivoting, community and finding new industries with Rachel Kelly! Rachel Kelly is the entrepreneur behind Make Lemonade, previously a co-working space in Toronto and now a boutique floral studio making magical designs for brand activations, corporate events, your kitchen table and more.

We talk about her transition from running a coworking space to becoming a florist, creating communities that foster real conversations, helping people feel comfortable in community settings, her experience becoming a florist, how she broke into the industry, what she did to learn about the new space, and how she’s moved her way through over the past year. She also shares tips for running a business without losing yourself, goal setting tips and how goals can change and that’s ok.
